APA Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist Grad Dip OH&S Management

As a titled APA Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 19 years of clinical experiences, I have had the privileged of working at a variety of facilities from teaching hospitals (Western Health St Vincent, St Lukes Hospitals), to community rehabilitation centres (CRU, Tower Road Rehabilitation Centre), large corporate companies (Ingham, GSR, Qantas and Jetstar), sporting teams (Port Adelaide FC, Tassie Tigers, Adelaide City WFC, MA Hawks) and private practices.  I also have being involved in clinical education teaching undergraduate physiotherapy program at University of SA, Melbourne University and La Trobe University.

I am an eclectic clinician, with a strong commitment to evidence based practices and open to sound clinical reasoning.    I relish in the challenges of working with complex conditions/pain, movement dysfunction and corporate injury management.   I have a particular interest in upper and lower limb disorder, and currently embarking on further training in hand therapy (i.e. making orthosis to assist with hand function).

I believe in a tailored and holistic management involving hands on therapy augmented by an active management program. My treatment philosophy is prevention is the best cure and that everyone is entitled to live and work at their maximum functional capacity with enjoyment.
